Eden Catering is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and energetic Event Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have a great attitude, a sense of humor, and genuinely enjoy serving others, you could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do
- Create exceptional experiences for our catering customers from start to finish.
- Work with customers to quote catering orders using the Eden Catering menu.
- Create, edit, and review sales orders and invoices.
- Prepare catering equipment and supplies for deliveries and events.
- Deliver, set up, and serve catering events.
- Work closely with managers, supervisors, grillmasters, and team members to ensure every event runs smoothly.
- Follow safe food-handling and beverage service procedures.
- Help wherever needed to keep our customers happy and our events successful.

- Able to occasionally lift up to 40–50 pounds
Office experience is a plus, but not required!
A high school diploma is required.
