The Entry Level Assistant Manager will also learn to oversee sales operations in person, ensuring their sales team delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining professional standards.

You will drive team success by monitoring daily activity, providing coaching, and ensuring every customer interaction meets our standards. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s leadership strengthens customer relationships and highlights the value of AT&T smartphones and data plans.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Assist leadership in supporting a customer-focused sales team promoting AT&T smartphones, 5G devices, and wireless data plans.
- Coach and motivate Sales Associates to deliver personalized wireless recommendations that strengthen customer relationships.
- Reinforce best practices for customer engagement, account support, and wireless sales execution.
- Track daily sales activity and provide constructive feedback that supports team development and performance improvement.
- Help customers identify the right AT&T smartphones and wireless plans based on their communication and connectivity needs.
- As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, foster a professional team environment centered on customer satisfaction, integrity, and consistent sales performance.
