Blossom Pediatrics is a growing, family-centered pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children thrive in their everyday occupations. We provide individualized, play-based, evidence-driven occupational therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and creative Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment
- Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver play-based, family-centered interventions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and related providers
- Maintain timely documentation
- Participate in team collaboration and professional development opportunities
- Willing to provide treatment in a clinic and home setting
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active NJ OT license
- Pediatric experience required (minimum of 1 year)
- Experience with ASD and sensory processing challenges is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
