Job Summary
Looking for an experienced bartender in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Must be available Friday and Saturday 6pm - close
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Must be TIPS certified!
Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
