Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) + Commission/Bonuses unlocked after 30 days!

Are you a motivated, high-energy professional with a "go-getter" attitude and a great mentality? We are a premier granite and marble construction and wholesale company seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in retail clients, custom home builders, and fabricators, guiding them warmly through our beautiful stone showroom.
- Actively listen to customer needs, educate them on our selection of granite and marble slabs, and match them with the perfect material for their project.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, manage digital/phone leads, and prepare clear, accurate quotes.
- Successfully pivot between professional front-showroom sales, light data entry, and stepping outside to our covered yard to show clients physical slab inventory.
What We Look For (Requirements)
- Must be fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively consult with our diverse customer and contractor base.
- The Right Mentality: A positive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and hit sales milestones.
- Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or client relations where building quick rapport was essential.
- Comfortable navigating a standard computer setup and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for writing quotes and documenting orders.
