Buick GMC of Mahwah seeks a Service Receptionist for a car dealership in Mahwah, NJ. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong follow up skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
- Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the service department
- Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
- Answer general questions or inquiries as needed
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
- Cashier Transactions
- Other tasks as assigned
