Job Overview:
Alto Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking Clinical Instructors (BSN or MSN) for a 12-week contract opportunity in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide nursing students in a real-world medical setting, helping shape the next generation of nurses.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct nursing students in a hospital setting
- Ensure students meet clinical objectives during a 12-week term
- Provide hands-on instruction in areas like catheter insertion, hygiene, wound care, surgical care, and more
- Oversee a student group of up to 10 (many groups are smaller)
- Deliver instruction during day shifts (8–12 hours per day)
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BSN or MSN required
- Minimum 3 years RN experience
- Med Surg experience required
- Teaching experience preferred, but not required
