Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our Pennsylvania team. Our firm offers a unique balance of ample opportunities for professional growth while maintaining close connections across all levels of our organization. This role is a hybrid in-person (3 days a week) and remote work from home position (2 days a week) based in Lancaster, PA. Relocation is not provided.
In this role, you will support the organization through engagement with our relationship management/sales team and interface with various internal departments. Additionally, interaction with our clients will be required. You will be instrumental in maintaining robust relationships with local governments by working on behalf of our Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund (PSDLAF) brand.
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Triage and investigate inbound client inquires and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve all items.
o Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external banking partners.
o Assist in implementing state-of-the-art fraud prevention and reconciliation services for current and new clients.
o Assist Client with third party website questions and setup.
o Maintain customer account activity by processing requested deposits, payments, and other banking related transactions.
o Identify trends in customer items and recommend process improvements.
o Escalate complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary

Education and Experience:
o High school diploma is required but an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 55,000 USD per year(Pennsylvania)
