Pineland BHDD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinician to provide behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and recovery-focused services for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. This role is ideal for licensed professionals committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care while helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.
The Licensed Clinician is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinating services throughout the treatment process. This position works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive appropriate, effective, and recovery-oriented care.
What You'll Do
Assessment & Treatment Planning
- Conduct intake assessments, screenings, and referrals
- Complete comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments
- Develop person-centered treatment plans and measurable goals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
- Ensure treatment plans remain current and services are properly authorized
Therapy & Clinical Services
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on client needs
- Support individuals in developing coping skills, independence, and recovery strategies
Care Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral health specialists, paraprofessionals, and community partners
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews
- Make referrals to appropriate community resources and services
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintain client records in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited program
- Full professional licensure in the area of practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- LAPC and LMSW may be considered.
- Two years of experience at the lower level or equivalent clinical experience
