We are a small, welcoming general dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures
- Provide chairside support using 4-handed dentistry techniques
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and impressions
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Keep operatories clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification
- X-ray certification
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Fridays off during the summer
- No evenings or weekends
