Consultant, Sales Enablement

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
-
Partnering with Steelcase and dealer leadership to identify learning priorities and develop strategic training plans that support business growth and sales effectiveness.
- Delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences focused on sales skills, customer conversations, workplace insights, products, tools, and solutions.
- Coaching dealer salespeople and designers to strengthen selling capabilities, improve customer engagement, and increase confidence in positioning Steelcase solutions.
- Cultivating trusted relationships with dealer and Steelcase teams to provide ongoing guidance, support onboarding efforts, and encourage continuous learning.

Managing regional learning plans, training schedules, and stakeholder priorities across the Central Region and Eastern Canada territory.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Channel, and other cross-functional partners to create and implement effective learning experiences.

Traveling extensively throughout the region to facilitate training, support dealerships, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the contract furniture industry
- Experience working for Steelcase, a Steelcase dealer, or within the broader contract furniture industry
- Experience facilitating training, coaching, onboarding, mentoring, or developing others in a professional environment
- Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 60-70%)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, training programs, and stakeholder relationships

Compensation
In compliance with pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position is $94,100 - $147,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and applicable sales-related benefits.
