Job Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Coordinate property turnovers in a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulation
- Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determine what installation or repair services need to be performed.
- Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ten years’ residential maintenance experience
- Strong technical knowledge or certifications in all building systems (electrical, heating, plumbing, etc.) including construction
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Communicate on a technical level, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime and on-call weekends as needed.
- Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
- Possess strong customer service and decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills a must
