Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Shift Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
Duties
- Manage and supervise staff members in various roles
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Monitor shift schedules and manage daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in bartending and food handling
- Strong skills in inventory control and cash handling
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience in shift management and overseeing daily operations

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
