PURCHASING MANAGER

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for purchasing all food, beverage, and related operating supplies for the hotel while maintaining cost and inventory controls. The manager will partner with vendors and hotel departments to ensure quality products, timely delivery, and uninterrupted operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Procure and order all food, beverage, and related operating supplies, ensuring timely fulfillment of departmental needs.
Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Finance, and other departments on purchasing and inventory needs.
Maintain purchasing records, vendor files, inventory reports, and cost analyses to support business decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in food and beverage purchasing, inventory control, storeroom operations, or a related hospitality environment.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze purchasing, inventory, and cost-control reports.
