This role will focus on diagnosing controls issues, optimizing building systems, supporting commissioning activities, and maintaining reliable HVAC automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DDC/BAS systems, HVAC controls, electrical components, and low-voltage systems in commercial environments.
MUST HAVE:
-
3+ years of experience working with HVAC Controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), or Direct Digital Controls (DDC)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, sensors, actuators, and related field devices
-
Experience with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Johnson Controls, Tridium Niagara, Trane, Honeywell, Automated Logic, or similar systems
NICE TO HAVE:
-
Experience with BAS programming, controller configuration, or system integration

HVAC service, electrical, or controls background
-
Manufacturer-specific BAS certifications
-
Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and system verification
-
Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, network communication, and controls integration
