We’re entering an exciting period of growth, including plans for a brand-new dealership facility, and we’re looking for a Service Director who wants to help lead that next chapter.

Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all Fixed Operations, including Service, Warranty, and Internal Operations
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing employees
- Driving technician productivity, labor sales, and departmental profitability
- Improving customer retention and service satisfaction
- Managing department budgets, expenses, inventory, and operational performance
- Creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Working closely with dealership leadership to achieve long-term growth goals
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 10 years in the auto industry including 5 years of successful management experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Service & Parts Director
- Knows how to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Understands dealership financials and key performance metrics
- Leads by example with integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where people and customer relationships come first
- Believes every customer interaction is an opportunity to earn lifelong business
Ford experience is preferred but not required. Proven dealership leadership experience is.
