Responsibilities

- Utilize financial software to manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

- Collaborate with dealership management to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
- Train and support staff on financial processes and upselling techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on financial performance for management review.
- Ensure accuracy in basic math calculations related to finance operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the automotive sales industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, including contract negotiation and compliance regulations such as TILA.
- Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate financial analysis and reporting.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
