JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Service Tech will assist Service Manager on repairs, service calls and installations.
CDL A/B and X Endorsement are Required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Prepping 500- and 1000-gallon fuel tanks for customers
Installing pumps, filters, vents, hoses, nozzles, etc.
·Performs on-site service calls for above ground fuel tanks
Change pumps, filters, hoses, nozzles, etc.
Performs fuel spill cleanups
Assists mechanics when needed
Returns tools to proper location.
Maintains inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Cleans the shop and restroom facility, takes out trash when needed
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Basic knowledge of vehicle repair.
· Ability to follow instructions.
· Ability to use power and hand tools.
· Ability to read service and repair manuals.
· Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Related experience preferred.
· CDL A/B with X endorsement.
