Because our mobile service fleets and detailing facilities are expanding rapidly, we need an elite B2C Sales Representative to capture massive market share. We provide the technical backing, a flawless operational reputation, and inbound lead flow. You provide the grit, the outbound hustle, and the closing skills.

Your Mission (The Daily Grind)
- Own the Pipeline: Turn warm inbound leads, curious customers, and client walk-ins into high-ticket or repeat clients.
- Sell the Transformation: Turn curious customers into believers in our process and results. Help them love their vehicle that much more.
- Close and Expand: Execute our structured sales framework to secure initial contracts, then upsell them into recurring, long-term maintenance retention programs.
- CRM Discipline: If it isn't tracked in our pipeline software, it didn't happen. Maintain meticulous records of every interaction.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Blueprint: You have 2+ years of high-activity outbound sales experience (B2B, route sales, or high-ticket service sales preferred).
- The Mindset: Fearless on the phone and lethal in person. Rejection doesn't faze you; it just sharpens your next approach. High energy, helpful, charismatic.
- The Execution: You know how to build instant rapport with clients and speak confidently about their problems and burdens, and provide tailored solutions.
- The Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to meet clients across the Maryland region, and a clean, professional presentation.
