Maintain and monitor all process and building equipment at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Must have proven experience in industrial piping/mechanical, HVAC, and chill water systems, showing a strong mechanical aptitude. Requires strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills in mechanical and electrical equipment failures to maintain operations.
DUTIES:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, agitators, compressors, piping systems, and process equipment.
- Assist with basic instrumentation troubleshooting such as sensors, switches, and control devices.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in the CMMS system.
- Participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Desired:
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field
- Experience with SAP preferred.
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
