Under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Cleaner is responsible for
maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for members, staff, and visitors.
This position supports overall facility operations by ensuring cleanliness standards, risk
management procedures, and maintenance protocols are consistently followed throughout the Club environment.
Essential Duties:
(Include, but are not limited to the following)

Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules as assigned by the supervisor.

Clean and sanitize program areas, restrooms, offices, kitchens, common spaces, and other designated facility areas.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the Club facility.

Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Monitor and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Safely store cleaning materials and maintain inventory of supplies.

Support organizational efforts to provide a healthy and safe environment for members.

Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in completing assigned tasks.

Work collaboratively with Club staff to support the mission and daily operations of the organization.
Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Must be 18 years of age or older.

1-2 years of relevant work experience
-
The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, be outdoors, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 50 lbs.
