Right Way Plumbing, a well-established and reputable company, is expanding into the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach area and is seeking skilled, experienced New Construction Plumbers to join our team. Position Summary: We are looking for experienced plumbers with 2–5 years of industry experience who can effectively perform a wide range of plumbing tasks, including the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in new commercial buildings. This role requires a strong technical skill set, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, including water, waste, gas, and hot liquid systems, in new commercial construction.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues as needed.
- Install waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring the proper function of Drain-Waste-Vent (DWV) systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately plan and layout plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubing, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure such as electrical wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and repair issues with water supply lines, including leaks and other malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on new construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a plumber with a solid understanding of water distribution and waste disposal systems in various types of buildings.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe wrenches, cutters, and plungers.
- Good physical condition with the strength and flexibility to work in confined or awkward spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills to manage work orders and job details.
