What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized outpatient orthopedic care while building lasting relationships with your patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs
- Correct movement patterns and gait mechanics
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
This is a highly interactive role where therapists remain actively involved throughout each patient's treatment—not simply supervising exercises
QualificationsRequired
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain before start)
Preferred
- Orthopedic outpatient experience
- Manual therapy experience
- Joint replacement rehabilitation experience
