In this vital role, you will support the dental team by providing exceptional chairside assistance, ensuring infection control, taking radiographs and coronal polishing. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to delivering top-quality dental care tailored specifically for children, fostering healthy smiles and lifelong confidence.
Our office is locally owned and state of the art. We do both pedo and ortho in our office.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric and orthodontic dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and patient comfort measures.
- Maintain a sterile environment through proper aseptic technique and infection control protocols aligned with HIPAA regulations.
- Take and develop dental X-rays ensuring accurate positioning and safety standards are met.
- Educate young patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices tailored for pediatrics, fostering good dental habits early on.
Dental Assisting experience is REQUIRED.
Pay will be commensurate with skills/experience.
