-- Prepare and cook menu items such as fresh pasta, risotto, pizzas, and classic Italian entrees to recipe and quality standards
-- Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards on the cook line
-- Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow during busy hours
-- Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and daily specials
-- Ensure consistent portioning and presentation
-- Previous experience in Italian cuisine preferred (pasta, sauces, and classic dishes)
-- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
