Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs

Look up and identify the correct automotive parts quickly and accurately
-
Provide pricing and availability information
-
Order parts from manufacturers and outside vendors as needed
-
Maintain communication regarding backordered and special-order parts
-
Pull, stage, and distribute parts for technicians and repair orders
-
Receive and process incoming parts orders
-
Verify part numbers, quantities, and invoices for accuracy

Process returns and warranty parts according to dealership procedures

Maintain accurate inventory records

Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient

Build strong working relationships with the service and sales departments

Provide professional and friendly customer service

Assist with inventory counts and other parts department responsibilities as needed

Previous automotive parts experience preferred

Dealership parts department experience is a plus

Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify parts accurately

Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs preferred

Strong computer and data-entry skills
