Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide exceptional patient care and counseling
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff
- Manage inventory and ensure proper dispensing procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (PIC or leadership experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to hard work
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
- Must know Micromerchant/PrimeRX
