Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service while assisting customers with their equipment and parts needs. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with identifying and locating the correct parts and equipment solutions
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately
- Research part availability, pricing, and product information
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and inquiries
- Support daily sales and administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, customer service, or parts-related experience preferred
- Knowledge of equipment, mechanical components, or industrial products is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret product information and customer requests
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Able to Operate Forklift
- High school diploma or GED required
