You will:

What You'll DoFood Runner / Busser
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Support servers during busy shifts
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room
- Communicate guest needs to servers and managers
Barback
- Keep the bar stocked and organized throughout service
- Refill garnishes, liquor, beer, and glassware
- Support bartenders during high-volume shifts
- Assist with dishwashing and bar cleanliness
- Help create a fast, organized bar environment
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and support the team wherever needed
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Age Requirements
- Food Runner / Busser: 16+
- Barback: 18+
What You'll GetCompensation & Perks
- Training pay starts at $13/hour
- Once training is completed, compensation transitions into the tipped support pool, with team members earning upwards of $20/hour with tips
