We are a Prominent NY/NJ Law Firm seeking an Associate Attorney to represent Plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters. This is a Fulltime position with flexible hours and the ability to work from home 1-2 days a week, as part of a team handling personal injury motions, research and appeals.
Duties include handling complex contested discovery matters and include but are not limited to: research, summary judgment discovery and procedural motions and handling other court documents in a fast paced volume practice. Minimal client contact and minimal court appearances but daily interaction with opposing counsel and team members.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, meet deadlines, have strong research and writing skills and be proficient in Office 365 products. 5 to 8 years of prior motions experience is strongly preferred.
