Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Dual Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain two Hilton properties. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
- Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, mechanical equipment, and hotel grounds.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel exterior, including parking lots and landscaping.
- Assist with room inspections to ensure rooms meet Hilton brand standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed.
- Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory of tools and supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel between both hotel properties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
