What You'll Do:

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will:

Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
Conduct thorough and objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and allegations of misconduct.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels on employee relations best practices.
Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address employee relations trends and risks.
Support the development and delivery of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other performance management initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations matters.
Conduct exit interviews and share key insights to help improve retention and employee experience.
Review and process religious accommodation requests.
Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies, threats, and other sensitive employee situations.
Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a collaborative HR professional who combines strong business judgment with empathy, integrity, and courage.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.
Experience supporting employee relations in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
Oracle HRIS experience.
Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
