Support Services of Virginia is hiring a Site Coordinator in Lynchburg to provide leadership and direct support to individuals receiving services. The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned individuals while providing leadership, coaching, and direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). This position promotes Positive Practices, encourages quality service delivery, and supports a collaborative team culture.
This position requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Overnight hours may also be required based on site needs and staffing requirements. The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with proof of education
- Clear tuberculosis screening

- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies
