Pay & Employment
- $22/hour (Greater Seattle Area)
- W-2 employee (not an independent contractor)
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Overtime pay when applicable

Benefits & Professional Development
Work 100+ hours per month (approximately 23 hours/week) and receive:

Work 150+ hours per month and you may also qualify for:
- $75 monthly healthcare stipend (eligibility requirements apply)
Qualifications
We're looking for caregivers who have:
- At least 2 full weekdays of availability
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience (infants through school-age)
- 3–4 professional childcare references
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, dependable, and adaptable personality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not required in NYC or San Francisco)
- Must be 18 years or older
