Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client responses.
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions or needs to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs based on individual dietary requirements.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or home community care is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
