Job Summary
H&S Painting & Refinishing is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial painting projects from start to finish. The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while providing excellent customer service throughout the project.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise painting crews on multiple job sites.
- Ensure all work meets H&S Painting & Refinishing quality standards.
- Conduct daily job site inspections.
- Monitor project progress and ensure jobs stay on schedule.
- Coordinate with the office regarding project timelines and updates.
- Verify that crews arrive on time and are working efficiently.
- Ensure proper preparation, painting techniques, and cleanup procedures are followed.
- Perform final walkthroughs with customers before project completion.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Order and verify materials and supplies as needed.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Document job progress with photos and detailed notes.
- Report any project delays, damages, or issues to management immediately.
- Train and mentor crew members when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supervising painting or construction crews.
- Experience in residential or commercial painting preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read project scopes and plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and CRM/project management software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DripJobs, JobTread, GoHighLevel, Buildertrend, or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of painting products, preparation techniques, and finishes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
