Responsibilities
- Entering and processing orders by phone, fax, or online
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls for customer's requests and orders
- Processing credits
- Generating reports using our ERP
- Able to effectively work and communicate in a team environment
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- 2+ year(s) of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED'
