As a Nurse Next Door Caregiver, you are passionate about Making Lives Better and:

Duties:
- Assists clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.
- Create Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
- Transfer clients, assisted, unassisted, or with equipment such as hoyer lift
- Provide personalized care and adapt to client care needs (stroke, memory care, incontinence, immobility, etc
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
