Overview
Community Crossroads is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our Early Supports and Services (ESS) Program serving infants, toddlers (birth to age 3), and their families throughout our service area.
The Director of ESS provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance for the agency's Early Supports and Services Program in accordance with New Hampshire Bureau of Family-Centered Services (BFCS), IDEA Part C, Medicaid, and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all ESS program operations.
- Supervise, coach, and support the ESS Program Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with IDEA Part C, BFCS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency policies.
- Oversee program quality, performance improvement, and state monitoring activities.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and program goals.
- Build collaborative relationships with families, healthcare providers, school districts, community partners, and state agencies.
- Support continuous quality improvement and strategic program development.
- Represent Community Crossroads on local, regional, and statewide committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Services, Special Education, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in early intervention, developmental disabilities, pediatric healthcare, or human services.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
- Knowledge of IDEA Part C, New Hampshire Early Supports and Services, Medicaid, and family-centered practices preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid New Hampshire driver's license and reliable transportation.
