PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Bend Apartments in Clarksville, IN.
The Maintenance Supervisor is a working leader responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations across two properties, ensuring safety, resident satisfaction, asset preservation and compliance. This role splits time between two sites, performs hands-on repairs, plans preventative maintenance, and directs one maintenance tech and vendors to meet service level needs.
2-3 years of experience in Property Maintenance and MUST be EPA certified.
Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone) and candidate must be able to provide own tools.
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver’s License is required.
