Kokopelli Home Services is expanding into residential and commercial cleaning, and we're looking for the right person to help lead that growth.
This isn't just another cleaning position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, understands professional cleaning standards, and wants to help build a cleaning division from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has extensive cleaning experience and, ideally, has managed or owned a cleaning business. If you've estimated jobs, hired and trained employees, developed cleaning systems, and know what it takes to deliver five-star service every time, we'd love to talk with you.
As our Cleaning Division Lead, you'll play a key role in establishing our reputation, developing procedures, training future team members, and helping grow this division throughout Mesa County.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Meet with customers to provide estimates and recommendations
- Develop cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards
- Hire, train, and mentor future cleaning technicians
- Perform quality control inspections
- Manage supplies and equipment
- Help schedule projects and improve operational efficiency
- Represent Kokopelli Home Services with professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience running or managing a cleaning company, including:
- Preparing estimates
- Hiring and training employees
- Building cleaning systems and procedures
- Managing customer relationships
- Growing a successful cleaning operation
Leadership experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a strong desire to grow.
