Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a background in applied behavior analysis.
We are looking for someone to work with a 3 year old boy at his preschool and his home. Must be able to work 8:30AM-1:00PM or 7AM-1PM on weekdays. Weekends are optional.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism in patient's home
- Document patient progress by collecting data and writing session notes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and BCBA
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School diploma. College preferred.
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certified or willingness to take an online class (provided)
- Need to have or get a TB test
