As a complete restoration company. For over 25 years North West Restoration has been providing fire, smoke, water and wind damage repair to residential and commercial properties in the Tri-cities and surrounding areas.
The Estimator position we are hiring for must be able to follow the company’s detailed customer service procedures. This includes an initial site meeting with the customer, gathering information for the bid proposal, assembling the bid proposal, following up with the customer, working with crew leads, and following up with crew and customers once the job is complete.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Xactimate
- Well rounded Knowledge of Construction repair & Remodel.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Intermediate mathematical skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines.
- Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with project personnel, the customer, subcontractors, and other third-party representatives.
- Proficiency with a variety of industry-specific software (e.g. MS Project, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English
- Focus on safety and quality
- Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
- Self motivated and punctual
