Family Law Associate Attorney
Rebecca L. Palmer Law Group is seeking an exceptional family law attorney who is passionate about guiding families through life’s most challenging transitions. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, has impeccable attention to detail, and understands the nuances of complex family dynamics, always putting the well-being of children and families first. Our ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can jump in quickly, and is committed to legal excellence. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience; however, we are open to a recent law school graduate who is extraordinary, serious, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, including depositions/examinations questions
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
- Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Keep track of deadlines
- Proofread and review the paralegal's work
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in the State of Florida
- Three years or more of experience as a family law attorney
- Open to a recent law school graduate who is exceptional (on a case-by-case basis).
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Research and writing skills
- Able to communicate with clients effectively to ensure client satisfaction
- Team player
