Role Overview
We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a position in Twin Falls, ID 83301. This is a 5-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role, offering a compensation rate of $25.28 per hour.
Schedule Requirements

Availability to cover any assigned shift is required.

Initial onboarding will occur during day shift hours for a period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Schedules are subject to change based on operational demands at this unionized facility.
Core Duties

Execute electrical and mechanical upkeep on production machinery.

Carry out routine repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

Analyze and utilize technical schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Ensure all maintenance logs are accurately recorded within the CMMS.

Support consistent production output by ensuring equipment reliability.
Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience installing and diagnosing automated electro-mechanical systems.

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Solid understanding of servos, motors, drives, 3-phase power, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Competency in fundamental machine repair and diagnostic techniques.

Strong digital literacy with experience using Microsoft Office software.

Completion of a high school education or the equivalent.

Capacity to manage tasks autonomously and maintain flexibility regarding shift rotations and overtime.
