Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Community Manager to lead the development and engagement of our apartment communities. This role oversees the daily operations of an apartment complex, acting as the primary liaison between property owner and tenants to ensure the property remains safe, compliant, and profitable. Key responsibilities include tenant relations (screening, leasing, handling complaints), financial management (collecting rent, budgeting, reporting), and maintenance oversight (coordinating repairs, inspecting grounds).
Core Duties and Requirements
- Leasing and Marketing: Advertising vacancies, showing units, processing applications, and negotiating lease terms to maximize occupancy.
- Financial Administration: Tracking expenses, handling rent collection and delinquencies, and preparing financial reports for supervisor.
- Maintenance and Compliance: Scheduling repairs, supervising maintenance staff, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring adherence to local housing laws and safety regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of leasing agents, maintenance workers, and other on-site staff.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
