Overview
Della Bellezza Med Spa & Regenerative Therapy Clinic is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing clinical team.
The ideal candidate has a strong reputation in aesthetic medicine, a history of building lasting patient relationships, and the ability to support continued practice growth through exceptional results, patient retention, referrals, and professional visibility.
Our practice offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRFM, microneedling, Morpheus8, IPL, CO2 laser resurfacing, Biologics & Exosome treatments, IV therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and medical-grade skincare.
All treatments must be performed within the provider’s license, training, documented competency, approved protocols, and applicable California law.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRFM, and other approved injectable treatments.
- Perform approved skin, laser, regenerative, and wellness services based on training and credentialing.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, downtime, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation, product information, device settings, and before-and-after photography.
- Follow all infection-control, safety, HIPAA, and clinical compliance requirements.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to treatment complications.
- Build long-term patient relationships that support retention, rebooking, referrals, and treatment-plan completion.
- Contribute to practice growth through excellent care, professional networking, patient education, and community engagement.
- Participate in social media content, patient events, promotions, and practice-development initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical providers, patient coordinators, management, and the clinical team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California RN or NP license.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Established professional reputation and demonstrated history of patient retention and referrals.
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, neurotoxin dosing, dermal filler placement, product selection, and complication management.
- Experience with facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation.
- Strong consultation, treatment-planning, and patient-education skills.
- Excellent bedside manner and commitment to natural-looking results.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Experience with Morpheus8, IPL, CO2 laser, PRP/PRFM, IV therapy, or regenerative treatments is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable participating in social media, photography, educational content, and promotional events.
- Professional, reliable, ethical, organized, and team-oriented.
