Position Summary
As an Electrical Foreman, you'll lead commercial and industrial construction projects from the field. You'll be trusted to organize work, lead crews, maintain quality, drive production, and ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside your team, mentor apprentices and journeymen, solve problems before they become delays, and help deliver projects you can be proud of.
What You'll Do

Lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects

Plan daily work activities and keep projects moving safely and efficiently

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
-
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to code
-
Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety standards

Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen

Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, inspectors, and customers

Monitor quality, productivity, and project progress

Identify field issues early and work with the project team to resolve them
What Makes You Successful

Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience

Proven leadership of electrical crews

Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

Excellent understanding of NEC requirements and electrical installations

Ability to organize work, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule

Strong communication and leadership skills

Pride in producing high-quality work and developing your team

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to jobsites throughout Central Indiana
