We believe exceptional marketing begins with exceptional customer experiences, which is why this role combines retail coverage with hands-on involvement in content creation, brand storytelling, and marketing support.
For the right person, this position has the potential to grow into a larger marketing role focused on strategy, analytics, campaign planning, and digital growth.
Position Overview
This is a part-time position averaging 10–20 hours per week.
The schedule includes a combination of afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with weekend availability required. Additional hours may be available during special events, live sales, and seasonal promotions.
This role combines customer experience, retail coverage, content creation, and marketing support. You'll spend part of your time creating exceptional in-store experiences for our customers while also helping tell the White Peony story through content, events, and creative marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do -Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the White Peony brand.
- Provide retail floor coverage during scheduled shifts.
- Build authentic relationships with customers while creating an elevated shopping experience.
- Assist customers with styling, product recommendations, and outfit inspiration.
- Support merchandising, displays, organization, and overall boutique presentation.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media.
- Assist with Instagram Stories, Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and future digital platforms.
- Participate in photoshoots, live sales, boutique events, and product launches.
- Contribute fresh marketing ideas and stay current on social media trends.
- Help support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
