Warmly greet our patients with a smile (and cookies!), process payments, schedule patients and collaborate with team members to support patient care and financial coordination.
Candidates considered for this position have a passion for helping others, love creative problem-solving, and thrive in detail-oriented roles.
Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check patients in/out at the front desk
- Process payments in person and over the phone
- Professionally answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Communicate with patients about appointment costs, insurance benefits, and next steps
- Sort electronic faxes, answer online patient inquiries and assist with daily office tasks
- Verify insurance eligibility using online payer portals (availity, UHC)
- Keep patient demographic and insurance records accurate in our EMR
- Keep front office tidy and well-stocked through regular trash removal and supply replenishment to support a polished, patient-focused environment
- Collaborate with team members to support patient care and financial coordination
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in a compassionate healthcare environment
- Participate in team initiatives to improve workflow and elevate the patient experience

Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, in-person at our Plano location: Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-2:30pm.
- Pay: $19–$25 per hour depending on experience. We’re happy to review and discuss compensation further during the interview process.
